Details About Merit List:-

Merit List will be totally based on Entrance Score only. If Entrance Score is same, then Merit List be will be according to GPA of +2 and SEE.

प्रवेश परीक्षाको प्राप्ताङ्क १००% अङ्क भार दिइनेछ । सोको आधारमा योग्यताक्रम (Merit List) को सूचि तयार गरी योग्यताक्रम (Merit List) अनुसार नै भर्नाको लागि नामावली प्रकाशन गरिनेछ। प्रवेश परीक्षाको उत्तीर्णाङ्क ५०% हुनेछ ।

अङ्क बराबर भएमा क्रमशः I.Sc./10+2 को कुल प्राप्ताङ्क (CGPA), र क्रमश: 12 कक्षाको प्राप्ताङ्क (GPA), 11 कक्षाको प्राप्ताङ्क (GPA), SEE/SLC मा प्राप्त अङ्कलाई आधार लिईनेछ।

Admission Details:-

Admission Procedure : Counseling Type, Students choose their Priority College and UGC Seats or Normal Seats according to their Merit Rank.

Counselling Admission Process in simple words: Students and college admission team are in a office room. First Rank student come, choose either normal seat or UGC seat and choose the preferred college and get admission. Then again 2nd rank student follow the same procedure according to Merit Rank. So the choice is of students to read either in UGC Seat or Normal Scholarship seat and the student can also choose the college.

भर्ना हुँदा सम्पूर्ण प्रमाणपत्रहरुको 1. नेपाली नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्र, 2. SEE/SLC परीक्षाको मार्कसिट तथा चारित्रिक प्रमाणपत्र, 3. ISC/+2 (प्रमाणपत्र) तहको ट्रान्सक्रिप्ट तथा चारित्रिक, 4. प्रमाणपत्र तहको मुल प्रमाणपत्र वा Provisional Certificate, 5. समानस्तर निर्धारणको प्रमाणपत्र र 6. कोटाहरुमा नामावली प्रकाशित भएमा सम्बन्धित कोटाहरुको प्रमाणपत्र वा सिफारिस पत्र सक्कलै प्रतिहरु अनिवार्य रुपमा बुझाउनु पर्नेछ ।

साथै उक्त प्रमाणपत्रहरु (नेपाली नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्र बाहेक) यस संकाय र अन्तर्गतका कलेजहरुमा पहिलो सत्र (First Semester) अवधिभर राखिनेछ । उक्त अवधि भित्रमा भर्ना भएका विद्यार्थीहरुले माग गरी सो प्रमाणपत्रहरु लिन पाउने छैनन् । साथै माथि उल्लेखित कागजातपत्रहरु मध्ये कुनै नपुगेमा सो विद्यार्थीको भर्ना लिईनेछैन । प्रतिलिपिहरुको सक्कलै प्रमाणपत्रहरु अनिवार्य रुपमा ल्याउनु र बुझाउनु पर्नेछ ।

स्टाफ कोटा (पूर्णशुल्कीय), स्थानीय कोटा (पूर्णशुल्कीय), University Development Fund (UDF) कोटा र नेपाल सरकार, वन तथा वातावरण मन्त्रालयबाट मनोनयन भई विभागीय कोटा अन्तर्गत भर्ना हुने विद्यार्थीहरुको लागि नियमित भर्ना शुल्क बाहेक रु.२,५०,०००।- (दुई लाख पचास हजार रुपैंया) कायाम गरिएको छ । उक्त शुल्क मध्येको प्रथम किस्ता शुल्क रु.१,००,०००।- (एक लाख रुपैंया) बुझाई प्रथाम सेमेष्टरमा भर्ना हुनु पर्नेछ । साथै दोस्रो किस्ता रु. १,००,०००।- (एक लाख रुपैंया) तेस्रो सेमेष्टर र तेस्रो किस्ता शुल्क रु. ५०,०००।- (पचास हजार रुपैंया) पाँचौ सेमेष्टरको भर्ना समयमा बुझाई सक्नुपर्नेछ ।
मेरिटको आधारमा गरिने भर्ना Counselling पद्धति अपनाई गरिनेछ । प्रवेश परीक्षाको नतिजा प्रकाशित भएपछि Counselling को कार्य तालिका प्रकाशित गरिनेछ ।

सम्बन्धन प्राप्त कलेजले वन विज्ञान संकायले प्रकाशित गरेको मेरिट लिष्टबाट मेरिटको आधारमा भर्मा गर्नु पर्नेछ।

अन्य विश्वविद्यालय वा शिक्षण संस्थाबाट प्रमाणपत्र हासिल गरेका विद्यार्थीहरुले कृषि तथा वन विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालयमा नाम दर्ता (A.F.U. Registration) गर्ने समयमा Migration Certificate को सक्कलै प्रति अनिवार्य रुपले बुझाउनु पर्नेछ । यदि उक्त समयमा Migration Certificate नबुझाई A.F.J. Registration गर्न समस्या भएमा सो को जिम्मेवारी विश्वविद्यालयले लिने छैन ।

AFU BSc Forestry Fee Structure for Different seats.

1. Merit - Full Scholarship Seats - NRs. 5000 per semester and 40,000 for Full course. It provides free Hostel rooms. Hostel fooding costs about NRs. 6000 per month.
Also, AFU provides NRs. 3000 to Top 80 Students (50% Students) in Internal Exam of All semesters.
2. Quota Seats - Same as Merit Scholarship seats.
3. UDF/CDF Seats - NRs. 2 lakhs for 4 year in Two Installments and additional of NRs. 5000 per semester.
4. AFU Private Colleges - NRs. 8-10 Lakhs for full course for study only. About NRs. 4-5 Lakhs Separate for fooding, lodging and College tour.
5. AFU UGC Scholarship Seats : No need to pay any fees for college. Government pay you NRs. 5000 every month for 48 Months, 4 year course. For details about UGC, visit Help For Ag App.

Also AFU Government Campuses provides Free Educational Tours and NRs. 400 per day as pocket money during tour time.
But you have to pay separately in Private colleges under AFU for Tours.
