प्रवेश परीक्षाको प्रवेश पत्र (Admit Card) वितरण सम्वन्धी अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
नागरिकता र Conformation Page बिना प्रवेश पत्र नदिईने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराईन्छ।
Entrance Exam center of All students is Veterinary and Ag building, AFU Rampur. You will get admit card there. These are at a distance of 45-50 minutes from Narayanghat Chwok in Local bus. Both Vet and Ag Building are near to each other, takes 10-12 minutes between Vet and AG building. Bus to Rampur Ag/Vet Building is available from Chaubiskoti and distance is 9 K.M. from chaubiskoti to AFU Rampur.
Once read the Notes below before entrance exams for bubbling correctly in the answer sheet in entrance exam.
नोट:
- परीक्षा शुरु हुनुभन्दा ३० मिनेट अगाडी परीक्षा हल खुल्नेछ । परीक्षार्थीहरुले तोकिएको Seat Plan अनुसार आफ्नो स्थान ग्रहण गर्नुपर्नेछ ।
- परीक्षा अवधि भर एक आपसमा कुराकानी गर्न पाईने छैन ।
- परीक्षार्थीले परीक्षा हलमा मोबाईल, क्यालकुलेटर, किताब, कापी, चिट, Bluetooth Device, Smart Watch, Hearing Aids, Pencil, Eraser इत्यादि लैजान पाउने छैनन् र परीक्षा हलमा लैजान निषेध गरिएका वस्तु लगेको पाईएमा वा अन्य अनुचित व्यवहार गरेको पाईएमा निरीक्षकले त्यस्ता परीक्षार्थीलाई परीक्षा हलबाट तत्काल निष्काशन गर्न सक्नेछन् ।
- परीक्षा शुरु भएको १५ मिनेट भन्दा बढी ढिलो गरी आउने परीक्षार्थीहरुलाई परीक्षा हलमा प्रवेश गर्न दिइने छैन ।
- परीक्षा शुरु भएको बखत परीक्षार्थीको अभिभावक वा अन्य सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिहरु परीक्षा हल भित्र प्रवेश गर्न पाउने छैनन् ।
- प्रश्नपत्रमा निर्दिष्ट गरिएको स्थानमा अंग्रेजी अंक र अंग्रेजी शब्दमा रोल नम्बर प्रष्ट संग लेख्नुपर्नेछ र अन्य केहि (जस्तै नाम वा कुनै संकेत) लेख्न पाइने छैन । साथै उत्तर पुस्तिकामा रोल नम्बर, मिती, मा संकाय र प्रश्नपत्रको सेट प्रष्ट बुझिने गरी Bubble box ( १) मा लेख्नुपर्नेछ । अन्यथा भएमा सोको जिम्मेवारी परीक्षार्थी स्वयं हुनेछ ।
- वस्तुगत प्रश्न (Multiple Choice Questions) हल गर्दा एउटा प्रश्नको एउटै उत्तरको Bubble box चिन्ह लगाउनु पर्नेछ । उत्तरमा कालो मसिले मात्र (Black Ink Only) चिन्ह लगाउनु पर्नेछ । तर अरु Bubble box मा केरमेट गर्न पाईने छैन । रफको लागि प्रश्नपत्रको पछाडिको खाली पृष्ठ प्रयोग गर्न सकिने छ । उत्तर पुस्तिका र प्रश्नपत्र तोडमोड नगरी निरिक्षकलाई नै बुझाउनु पर्नेछ ।
- Answer Sheet मा पसिना, पानी पर्न हुदैन ।
- Attendance Sheet, Answer Sheet र Question Paper मा भएको दस्तखत एकै हुन पर्नेछ ।
- Negative Marking को प्रावधान छैन ।
Remaining Time to Start Entrance Exam of Vet/Fisheries, AFU :
Take These things to attend Entrance Exam:
1. Black Pen.
2. Confirmation Page either Black & White or Color print.
3. Original Citizenship or Passport or License.
4. Bank Voucher.
5. Don't take any rough paper inside Exam hall.
6. No calculator allowed.
Admit Card Distribution for Entrance Exams : Falgun 29, Saturday, From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Entrance Exam center, FAVF Veterinary Building and AG Building.
You will be given Admit Card in your Own Entrance exam center by showing your Bank Voucher, Original Citizenship and Confirmation page.
Be smart, go exam center on time, be on line and take admit card for entrance exams. Do not leave any questions, there is no negative marking. Attend all questions.

Merit List Publication for Admission : Merit List will be 100% Based on Entrance Exam score, published after 3-4 days of Result Sheet Publication by AFU.
प्रवेश परीक्षाको प्राप्ताङ्कलाई १००% अङ्क भार दिइनेछ । सोको आधारमा योग्यताक्रम (Merit List) को सूचि तयार गरी योग्यताक्रम (Merit) अनुसार नै विद्यार्थी भर्नाको लागि नामावली प्रकाशन गरिनेछ । अङ्क बराबर भएमा I.Sc./10+2 को कूल प्राप्ताङ्क (CGPA), सो पनि बराबर भएमा SEE/SLC को कूल प्राप्ताङ्क र सो पनि बराबर भएमा I.Sc./10+2 वोटानी, जुलोजी, केमेष्ट्री, फिजिक्स, गणितको प्राप्त अङ्कलाई आधार मानि योग्यताक्रम (Merit List) को सूचि तयार गरिनेछ ।
