Original Citizenship or License or Passport, Bank Voucher and Signed Confirmation Page, either Color printed or Black and White both works, must be taken to Exam Center for Entrance Exams and to get Admit Card. Sign should be done by yourself, after printing the confirmation page, in the box of confirmation page by Black pen. Keep your Bank Voucher safe till the time of admission.
Those students who have paid from Esewa or Khalti or Mobile banking, download the payment receipt as it is easily available to download. Print the receipt and take it. The downloaded and printed receipt works in place of voucher is payment is made from esewa or khalti or mobile banking.
Predicted Marks required to study in Various AFU Colleges:-
1. AFU Rampur Merit Seats or UGC Seats : > 95 out of 120.
2. AFU Rampur UDF (Paying) Seats : Around 90-95 marks.
3. AFU Affiliated Colleges : > 80 for any colleges and about 88-90 to choose your preferred affiliated college.
4. AFU Affiliated College UDF or Paying Seats : > 78.
5. AFU Private colleges : > 65.
Remember, there will be some free scholarship seats (10% seats) in Private colleges of AFU too by Nepal Government. The form will soon open for those colleges and any student who have passed the AFU Entrance examination can apply for these scholarship seats. The notices for these scholarship seats by Nepal Government will be available in our App inside Entrance notices and Result section, keep checking the App daily for updates.

AFU fee Structure for Different seats:-
1. Merit Scholarship Seats - NRs. 4200 per semester and 35,000 for Full course. It provides free Hostel rooms in Rampur only, No Hostel in other Affiliated colleges. Hostel fooding costs about NRs. 6000 per month. Also, Japan visit for 2 Entrance Topper students.You can earn these expenditure during Internship in last semester, 8th semester in AFU.
Also, AFU provides NRs. 3000 to Top 80 Students (50% Students) in Internal Exam of All semesters.
2. Quota Seats - Same as Merit Scholarship seats.
3. UDF/CDF Seats - NRs. 2 lakhs for 4 year in Two Installments and additional of NRs. 4200 per semester.
4. AFU Private Colleges - NRs. 8-10 Lakhs for full course for study only. About NRs.4-5 Lakhs Separate for fooding, lodging and College tour.
5. AFU UGC Scholarship Seats : No need to pay any fees for college. Government pay you NRs. 5000 every month for 48 Months, 4 year course.
